Modo de Preparo:

Aqueça uma panela de pressão com o óleo. Doure a carne temperada com sal e pimenta. Adicione o molho de tomate, pó para sopa, a água e misture com uma colher. Tampe e cozinhe por 20 minutos depois de iniciada a pressão. Retire a pressão, destampe e volte ao fogo médio. Adicione o creme de leite e deixe levantar fervura. Transfira para uma travessa, polvilhe manjericão e sirva.

Ingredients
  • 1 quilo de sobrecoxa desossada sem pele
  • ½ xícara (chá) de molho de tomate pronto
  • 1 e ½ xícara (chá) de água
  • 1 colher (sopa) de óleo
  • Sal, pimenta-do-reino e manjericão picado a gosto
  • 1 pacote de pó para sopa (sabor champignon)
  • 1 lata de creme de leite
