Espaguete com camarão ao molho de tomate

MODO DE PREPARO

– Tempere os camarões com sal pimenta. Reserve.
– Aqueça o azeite e doure o alho, a cebola e as alcaparras. Acrescente os tomates, o açúcar, o manjericão e o vinho. Deixe refogar um pouco.
– Acrescente as azeitonas e a cebolinha.
– Quando o molho tomar forma, acrescente os camarões e deixe ficar rosados. Abaixe o fogo. Acrescente o espaguete e deixe envolver o molho. – Desligue o fogo e sirva imediatamente.

  • 1 pacote de espaguete cozido
  • 1kg de filé de camarão
  • 8 tomates maduros picados
  • Folhas de manjericão
  • 1/2 xc. de azeite
  • 20 azeitonas roxas picadas
  • 1 cebola picada
  • 6 dentes de alho picados
  • 1 cl. sopa de alcaparras
  • 1 cl. sopa de açúcar
  • 1 copo de vinho branco
  • Cebolinha picada
  • Sal e pimenta a gosto
