Costela desossada assada com tomate, cebola e cogumelo

Modo de preparo:

Em uma assadeira, tempera a costela com o sal, a pimenta e o vinho. Deixe marinar durante 1 hora, tampada, na geladeira. Sobre a costela, espalhe as rodelas de tomate, cebola e os cogumelos. Polvilhe um pouco de sal e regue com o vinho da marinada. Cubra com papel alumínio e asse no forno preaquecido a 220°C durante aproximadamente 4 horas ou até ficar macia. Retire o papel alumínio e deixe dourar. Sirva em seguida.
Dica: A costela bovina desossada é encontrada congelada nos supermercados.

  • . 2 cebolas cortadas em rodelas grossas
