HOW TO MAKE BREAD OF BLENDER
Who does not like to have breakfast or accompany their morning coffee with delicious bread? Everyone, right? If you want to do it from the comfort of your home and without major complications, here we offer you an ingenious alternative. Today a recipe for Bread in Blender, yes, as you read it, and is that as the name implies, you will need a blender to facilitate your preparation process.
To prepare this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
1 Kg. Of wheat flour
1 Tablespoon of margarine
1/2 Tablespoon of salt
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of sugar (If you want less sweet you can put less)
2 cooked potatoes
2 15 grs. of yeast
2 Tablespoons of oil
2 Eggs
Preparation Mode:
1.- Beat all the ingredients in the blender, except wheat flour.
2.- On a flat surface place the wheat flour and then add little by little the mixture that you liquefied.
3.-Go kneading the mixture well until you reach the consistency of bread.
4.- Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
5.- Then cut the dough the size you want your bread. Form buns or dough balls and place them in a baking tray or pan.
6.- Brush or paint the buns or balls of dough with a beaten egg.
7.- Take the oven to a temperature of 180ºC for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
Tips
If it is within your reach, you can also fill your loaves before taking them to the oven, with sausages such as hams and cheese of your choice, chicken, tuna, meat, or with some sweet ingredient, either chocolate, anise (spice) or some strawberries , or sprinkle sugar or nevazúcar, in the latter case, if it should be after being baked.
