Bolinhas de mussarela

Modo de Preparo:

Bata o ovo em neve. Passe a mussarela na farinha de trigo, no ovo e na farinha de rosca. Frite por dois minutos no óleo bem quente. Coloque o molho em uma tigela. Junte a mussarela frita e finalize com o orégano, o manjericão, o azeite e corrija o sal se necessário.

Ingredients
  • 12 unidades de mussarela (tipo bolinha)
  • 200 ml de molho de tomate
  • 100 g de farinha de rosca
  • 100 g de farinha de trigo
  • 1 pitada de orégano
  • 1 pitada de manjericão
  • Óleo para fritar
  • Azeite
  • Sal a gosto
  • 1 ovo
