Pavê de chocolate com biscoito negresco

Modo de Preparo

Bata o creme de leite até o ponto de chantili e reserve. Numa tigela, misture bem, com um garfo, o pó de sobremesa com o leite gelado (guarde um pouco dessa mistura). Junte o chantili (reserve um pouco para decorar) e mexa sem bater. Em um refratário, alterne camadas de biscoitos levemente passados no leite misturado com o achocolatado e o creme. Cubra com porções de chantili e decore com biscoitos cortados ao meio. Gele por duas horas e sirva.

  • . 200 ml de creme de leite fresco gelado
  • . 2 caixas de pó para preparo de sobremesa instantânea sabor chocolate
  • . 3 xícaras (chá) de leite gelado
  • . 2 pacotes de biscoitos Negresco®
  • . 1 xícara (chá) de leite
  • . 2 colheres (sopa) de achocolatado em pó
