Bolinho de arroz com queijo

Modo de Preparo

Misture todos os ingredientes, exceto o queijo. Separe em pequenas porções usando duas colheres (sopa) e recheie cada bolinho com um cubinho de queijo. Frite em óleo bem quente até dourar. Retire com uma escumadeira, escorra sobre papel-toalha e sirva.
Dica Se usar arroz parboilizado, junte duas colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo à massa.

Ingredients
  • . 2 xícaras (chá) de arroz cozido
  • . 1 batata grande cozida, sem casca e amassada
  • . 1 ovo
  • . 2 colheres (sopa) de queijo ralado
  • . Sal, pimenta, salsa e cebolinha picadas a gosto
  • . ½ colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
  • . 150 g de mussarela em cubinhos
