Maminha de Forno com Legumes Assados

MODO DE PREPARO
– Misture a margarina com o alecrim, o alho, a cebola e o caldo de costela. Faça um patê e reserve.
– Faça cortes transversais na maminha e depois espalhe metade do patê sobre a maminha. Coloque a peça de carne numa assadeira untada com óleo ou azeite.
– Em volta da maminha espalhe as cebolas, cenoura e batatas. Leve tudo ao forno alto por 45 minutos.
– Retire a assadeiras do fogo e passe os legumes para uma frigideira ou panela grande. Acrescente as vagens e o resto da patê. Refogue bem todos os legumes.
– Fatie a maminha e sirva com os legumes.

  • 1 peça de maminha limpa
  • 1 kg de batatas inglesas limpas e com casca
  • 4 cenouras limpas e com casca em pedaços
  • 1 kg de cebolas sem cascas e inteiras
  • 300g de vagens partidas ao meio
  • 5 cl. sopa de margarina
  • 2 tabletes de caldo de costela
  • 2 cl. sopa de alecrim fresco
  • 15 dentes de alho picados
  • 2 cebolas picadas
  • Sal e pimenta a gosto
