HOW TO MAKE BAKED PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE FRENCH TOAST, IF YOU LIKED IT SAY HELLO
INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (12-count) package KING’S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian SweetDinner Rolls, cubed
FOR THE CRUMB TOPPING

- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar

- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
