HOW TO MAKE EASY STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE CAKE, IF YOU LIKED IT SAY HELLO
Strawberry Cake
- 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix
- 3/4 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk
- 3 eggs room temperature
- 8.25 oz crushed pineapple do not drain
Fluff Frosting
- 3.5 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple do not drain
- 12 oz Cool Whip or 1 cup heavy whipped cream whipped
Strawberry Cake

Preheat oven to 350F.

Grease and flour a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Combine all cake ingredients in a large bowl. Mix just until combined.

Pour into prepared baking dish and bake 30-35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Place baking dish on a wire rack and let cake cool completely.,
Fluff Frosting

Whisk pineapple and pudding mix together until combined.

Gently fold in the Cool Whip or whipped cream until incorporated.

Spread on cooled cake.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
